Key Duties:
- Attend and complete digital skills training
- Train community members using digital modules
- Liaise with local municipalities and schools for venues
- Report training stats and reach weekly/monthly targets
- Support learners via the Learner Management System
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen
- National Certificate in IT and Computer Science (NQF Level 2-4) or N6
- Ideal: Matric, Computer Certificate, IT Diploma
- At least 1–2 years of working experience (ideal)
- Must be bilingual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and digital training tools
