Refrigeration  Technician

Refrigeration Technician typically executes the tasks of installation and commissioning of equipment, planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs, servicing of equipment as per maintenance schedules, rebuilding of equipment and upgrades and modernization of equipment.

Role Description

Energy Partner is seeking a full-time on-site refrigeration technician to join their team in Groblersdal, South Africa. The Refrigeration Technician is to manage and monitor the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems within the area.  To make sure that optimal functioning and diagnosing issues and faults. The refrigeration technician primary responsibility is to communicate with clients to address queries and concerns ordering and managing maintenance and spare parts, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, and promoting energy conservation and optimal performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a refrigeration technician, preferably in an industrial or commercial farm setting.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration issues and perform mechanical repairs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• The candidates are more likely to be in process or have earned a technical qualification in relevant Technical Field.
